Arrival and departure

Check in is possible between 3pm and 11pm

Check out can be until 11am. If there are no guests we’re flexible about the departure time.

House Rules

  • Smoking is not allowed in the house.
  • We expect on a minimum stay of 2 nights.
  • Parties and loud music are not permitted.

Booking – cancellation

  • There will be a deposit of €200, when booking. The remaining must be paid 4 weeks before arrival. The reservation is only final after payment of the €200 deposit. You will receive a confirmation of it.
  • In case of cancellation, the following cancellation fees are due:
    up to 6 weeks before the day of arrival: €200 of the total price.
  • Free cancellation is possible within 24 hours after booking.
